Joe is Vice President-Special Projects for the Elan Group. In this role he works with individual life and long-term care insurance, work-site business and for the last several years as the company’s lead representative for Nursing Home Dental Care (delivery of dental care to residents of nursing home).

Joe graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S., began his career with an international accounting firm and earned his CPA. Subsequently, he entered the insurance business and earned the CLU designation in 2002. Joe is a member of several industry organizations, was agent of the year for a major life insurance company two years in a row and co-authored Retirement Benefits and Life Insurance, a Lawyer’s Reference (Callaghan & Company).

He and his wife Chris have two grown children, JB and Liz. Joe has been involved with several charitable organizations and social organizations. He is a past board member and treasurer of the  Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay and past president of Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club.
