Suzy Mendelson is the managing Vice President and oversees all sales and worksite business, as well as the internal office staff. Suzy started at The Elan Group, Inc. in 2001 as a sales team member, then became the New Business Manager before being promoted to Vice President in 2012.

Suzy graduated from Florida State University in 2001 and immediately started her full time sales position at The Elan Group after graduation. Suzy has served our industry as a Board member of the National Organization of Insurance and Financial Advisors-Tampa and chaired their annual golf tournament for 3 years.

Suzy is married to her college sweetheart, Mark and they have two sons, Max and Ross. Suzy is a graduate of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Tampa program-Class of 2014,  serves on the Glazer Children's Museum Development Committee, is a member of the Johnny Ferlita Fishing Tournament committee to benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, serves on the Tampa General Hospital Foudnation Gala committee, and works with the USF Delta Delta Delta chapter as their Public Relations Advisor. She also volunteers at Palma Ceia Little League.
